This is a place for every kind of film. Comedy, drama, horror, sci-fi, docs, animation, all of it. Make people laugh, make them cry, make them scared to turn off the lights. Whatever you've got, we want it.

Here's the catch. Do it without the gore and the explicit stuff. Anyone can throw fake blood around and call it deep. That's the easy button. Shocking for two seconds, forgotten by dinner.

The real flex is making people feel something with none of that. Hitchcock made the scariest shower scene ever and the knife never actually touches anyone. Jaws barely shows the shark and people still won't get in the water. The Dark Knight is genuinely terrifying and somehow PG-13. That's the move. That's the hard part.

So go make your masterpiece. Just earn it with a good story, good acting, and a good edit. You don't need the cheap stuff. You're better than that.
